What are you going to do?
As an Assistant Foreman, you will have a varied and responsible position. You are the link between the shop floor and management and ensure that daily operations run smoothly. In doing so, you manage and motivate a team of employees and work together with them to achieve the production targets. Furthermore, you are responsible for the quality of the work and make sure that safety always comes first. You will be responsible for:
- Managing, supervising and motivating a team;
- Dividing tasks and monitoring the progress of the production process;
- Actively contributing yourself to achieve daily goals;
- Solving problems and taking decisions where necessary;
- Monitoring compliance with safety regulations;
- Reporting to the production manager on progress and any bottlenecks.

In addition, you meet the following profile:
- You have experience in a similar coordinating/leadership role;
- You can keep a good overview and are stress-resistant;
- You are communicatively strong and can work well together;
- You are proactive, solution-oriented and willing to cooperate yourself;
- You are flexible and working in two shifts is not a problem for you.
- You have knowledge of safety regulations and know how to comply with them.
- Language skills: Good command of the Dutch language is a must; English or German is an advantage.
