
For a leading company in the Achterhoek region, specialising in thin sheet metal work, we are looking for an Editing Foreman for the welding department. The company supplies both serial and project-driven sheet metal work to various customers and distinguishes itself through co-engineering, customised logistics, delivery reliability and quality.

What are you going to do?
As Co-operating Foreman in the welding department, you will be responsible for the optimal progress of the work. You manage a team of certified welders working on various structural parts and consumer applications. Work is carried out at seven workstations, involving both manual and robotic welding using MIG-/MAG and TIG processes.
Main tasks:
- Looking after and monitoring planning;
- Managing and coordinating the welders;
- Monitoring the quality of work;
- Training and coaching employees;
- Active participation in production.
Who are you?
Job requirements:
- MBO level 3-4;
- Several years of managerial experience;
- Certification in MIG/MAG and TIG welding;
- Familiarity with robotic welding.
