What are you going to do?
In your role as Technical Service Coordinator, you will direct the daily work of colleagues, prepare work and partly also work as a (breakdown) technician.
You will work with various techniques, including control technology, electrical engineering, mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics. New investments ensure that there are nice challenges in both maintenance and (internal) projects. The Operations Manager is your point of contact.
Your duties will include:
- Coordinating the work of the Technical Department;
- Managing the Technical Team (5 persons);
- Taking care of work preparation;
- (co-)carrying out and supervising repairs, overhauls and optimisation of production lines and installations;
- Supervising preventive and corrective maintenance in the electrical and mechanical field;
- Maintaining communication with internal and external contacts;
- Making improvement proposals for preventive and additional maintenance;
- Processing and delivering tasks in the Ultimo system;
- Keeping maintenance records;
- Initiating and participating in challenging automation projects;
- Instructing colleagues on proper use of installations;
- Ensuring the set goals of production planning and preventing and resolving downtime.
Who are you?
You are an energetic colleague who enjoys leading, is well organised and has a great sense of responsibility. You have relevant demonstrable knowledge and experience. You have good communication skills and you are enterprising and reliable.
In addition, you meet the following profile:
- A completed MBO education level 4 in the direction of Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or a similar level through the necessary work experience;
- You have multi-year work experience in a similar position in an industrial environment, experience with injection moulding technology is a plus;
- You have gained your first managerial experience within Engineering and would like to grow further as a manager of a team;
- You have a good knowledge of machine control and machine maintenance (mechanical, electrical, electronic as well as hydraulic and pneumatic)
- You have a flexible attitude;
- You have a good command of the Dutch language;
- You are solution-oriented and a team player;
- You have good communication skills.
