What are you going to do?

  • As a Technical Commercial Assistant Internal Sales, you are the link between the customer and the organisation
  • You will help customers with their technical questions and ensure they purchase the right products and services.
  • Handling and processing quotation requests and orders (by phone and e-mail)
  • Actively following up on quotations to convert them into orders
  • You will work closely with your colleagues in the inside and outside sales and have a varied mix of telephone sales, order processing and consultancy work.
  • Giving technical and commercial advice to customers so that they make the best choice
  • Informing about prices, delivery times, current promotions and warranty conditions
  • Working closely with the field sales team to provide the best possible customer service
  • Processing orders and quotations in the computer systems

Who are you?

  • You already have some experience as an indoor sales representative
  • You are commercial, service and solution-oriented
  • You are enthusiastic and driven with a healthy dose of perseverance
  • You have experience with Microsoft Office and preferably also with a CRM package
  • You have completed an MBO 4 education, preferably in a technical or commercial direction
  • You are eager to learn and willing to acquire technical product knowledge.
