What are you going to do?
As a Technical Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers with technical questions and malfunctions. You ensure that every problem is solved quickly and efficiently. You will be responsible for:
- Speaking to customers in case of malfunctions and providing them with a quick, appropriate solution.
- Monitoring faults and reports and coordinating with the field service engineers.
- Processing and structuring incoming reports via e-mail, telephone and the website.
- Proactively identify and communicate improvements to the team.
- Ensure smooth cooperation between customers, mechanics and other departments.
Who are you?
You are communicatively strong, solution-oriented and have a technical background or affinity with engineering. In addition:
- You know how to switch quickly between different tasks and always keep an overview.
- You are customer-oriented and can communicate clearly and professionally.
- You have MBO+ working and thinking level, preferably with technical work experience or education.
- You have experience with ERP systems (preferably Syntess) or are willing to learn this quickly.
- You are good at prioritising and structuring your work.
