What are you going to do?
As a recruitment specialist at Euro Planit, you are a real sleuth. You are the one who finds top people and connects them with your colleagues so that they can make our customers happy. You use all your skills to get the right people in the right place. What does your working day look like?
- Writing attractive job ads that candidates can't resist.
- Actively searching for talent on job boards, social media and through your network.
- Conducting telephone screenings and personal interviews with candidates.
- Tipping candidates to your fellow consultants and together ensuring the perfect match.
- Spotting trends in the job market and responding to them with creative recruitment strategies.
Who are you?
You are energetic, entrepreneurial and love looking for talent. In addition, you recognise yourself in the following:
- Minimum MBO+ working and thinking level.
- Experience as a recruiter - you know exactly how to find, enthuse and convince candidates. Enthusiastic starters or school leavers are also cordially invited to respond!
- Proactive and not afraid to try new things.
- Strong communication skills; you know how to click with candidates.
- You enjoy working independently, but share your successes with your team.
- Affinity with the staffing or recruitment industry is a plus.
