What are you going to do?
As a Recruitment Consultant, you have a unique combination role in which you know how to both enthuse candidates and tightly manage the process internally. You are the connecting factor between recruitment, administration and customer relations.
- You write attractive and creative vacancy texts that stand out;
- You actively recruit candidates via job boards, social media and your own network;
- You interview candidates to really know what drives them;
- You match candidates to suitable vacancies and keep in touch with clients;
- You process sickness and recovery reports in Verzuim Signaal and consult with the case manager;
- You support the back office with, among other things, time registration, contract requests and collective labour agreement questions;
- You publish vacancies in Carerix and coordinate the phasing;
- You think along in improvements, solve ad hoc questions and switch smoothly between colleagues and departments;
- You maintain mailboxes and delve into files to find the right information.
Who are you?
You are someone who loves to shift gears, figure things out and arrange things. You have people skills and a keen eye for detail. Moreover, you work independently but prefer to celebrate successes with your team.
- You have at least MBO+ working and thinking level;
- You have experience as a recruiter or are an enthusiastic starter with guts;
- You are communicatively strong and make contact easily;
- You are proactive, inquisitive and enjoy getting to the bottom of things;
- You work in a structured way, have good language skills and like variety;
- You have an affinity with the temping or recruitment industry (preferred).
