What are you going to do?
As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving quality standards within the organisation. Your main tasks:
- Drafting, managing and optimising quality procedures and work instructions;
- Performing root cause analyses and drafting improvement proposals;
- Coordinating and supervising internal and external audits (such as ISO certifications);
- Collaborating with departments to ensure quality;
- Monitoring KPIs and reporting results to management;
- Actively participate in improvement projects and investigate and resolve customer complaints;
- Function as point of contact for quality issues within the organisation.
Who are you?
Are you the quality professional we are looking for? You bring with you:
- A completed college education, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or similar;
- Experience in a similar position within a technical or production environment;
- Knowledge of quality standards and systems (e.g. ISO 9001);
- Analytical and solution-oriented;
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness;
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both orally and in writing.
