What are you going to do?

As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving quality standards within the organisation. Your main tasks:

  • Drafting, managing and optimising quality procedures and work instructions;
  • Performing root cause analyses and drafting improvement proposals;
  • Coordinating and supervising internal and external audits (such as ISO certifications);
  • Collaborating with departments to ensure quality;
  • Monitoring KPIs and reporting results to management;
  • Actively participate in improvement projects and investigate and resolve customer complaints;
  • Function as point of contact for quality issues within the organisation.

Who are you?

Are you the quality professional we are looking for? You bring with you:

  • A completed college education, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or similar;
  • Experience in a similar position within a technical or production environment;
  • Knowledge of quality standards and systems (e.g. ISO 9001);
  • Analytical and solution-oriented;
  • Strong communication skills and persuasiveness;
  • Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both orally and in writing.
