What are you going to do?

As a Maintenance Mechanic with our client, you will ensure that machines and installations remain in top condition. You carry out preventive maintenance and solve faults quickly and efficiently. No two days are the same: you have to deal with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems. Together with your colleagues in the technical department, you contribute to keeping production running optimally and minimise machine downtime.

  • Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and installations.
  • Solving malfunctions and carrying out repairs.
  • Inspecting installations to identify technical problems at an early stage.
  • Thinking along about improvements and optimisations within the maintenance process.
  • Supporting installation and overhaul work.
  • Ensuring a safe working environment by working accurately according to safety regulations.

Who are you?

You are a problem solver who enjoys taking on technical challenges. Whether it concerns a mechanical or an electrical failure, you are not afraid to tackle them. In addition, you enjoy working in a team and have an eye for safety and quality.

  • You have completed a technical education, preferably in the field of mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Experience as a maintenance engineer is an advantage, but starters with a technical diploma are also welcome.
  • You have knowledge of mechanical and electro-technical systems.
  • You work accurately and have an eye for detail.
  • You are a team player but can also work well independently.
  • You are willing to work breakdown shifts if necessary.
