What are you going to do?
In this position, you are the technical right-hand man of the team leader. Together, you will work in a small team to optimise production.
You will mainly occupy yourself with converting and adjusting the machines so that the various production orders can be produced on time and with good quality. You will also take care of the operational maintenance of the moulds. Besides the regular production orders, you cooperate in material tests and contribute to trial injections.
You will work together with project engineers and a mould specialist. You will have the opportunity to further develop yourself both substantively within plastics and pilot injection technology, as well as to develop towards a possible team leader position.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone with the right drive! You know how to get to work, are confident and like to roll up your sleeves.
- You have an MBO+ working and thinking level;
- You have several years of experience in a similar position;
- Experience in injection moulding is an advantage;
- You enjoy working independently, but also function well in a team;
- You are flexible and have a sense of responsibility.

This company is an innovative company that designs and manufactures bicycle parts for renowned national and international customers. They do this with an enthusiastic team of about 80 employees. The products are made of various plastics. They work in a 3-shift schedule where the first shift starts on Sunday evening and the last shift finishes on Friday evening.
