What are you going to do?
As CNC Miller/Programmer, you will have access to a new CNC Machine ( JINGDIAO GRU 500 ) and you will also be involved in commissioning and preparing this machine for production.
As an experienced CNC miller, you will be the point of contact when it comes to the milling department. You get to know the machine as quickly as possible and are involved in production from A to Z. From the moment the drawing comes in, you are the one who:
- Draws up and optimises programmes;
- Prepares the material and sets up the machine;
- Mills the parts with extreme precision;
- Checks that the end product perfectly meets the customer requirements.
Who are you?
- You have at least MBO4+ or HBO working and thinking level (obtained through experience or education) and a feeling for precision engineering;
- You have at least 4 years' experience as a CNC miller, including several years' experience with programming;
- You work in a structured and precise manner and have good communication skills;
- You can deploy and maintain tools and machines effectively and have experience using measuring tools;
- You have experience in programming optimal milling programmes.
