What are you going to do?

For our Vorden office, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague for the position of all-round consultant.

As a consultant, you are the beating heart of our organisation, responsible for matching talent with the right assignments. You are an excellent conversation partner, proactive towards both clients and candidates, creative in recruitment methods and above all passionate about the 'product' human being. That may sound strange, but it is what our business is all about. Euro Planit has been successfully bringing candidates and vacancies together for almost 25 years. From our offices in the eastern Netherlands, we serve various sectors, including logistics, industry and engineering.

You start your day at the office or at the client's premises. For your client's vacancies, you will draw up your own plan. You focus mainly on finding production and logistics personnel and know how to reach this target group. To find (and place!) candidates, you work closely with your colleagues. Although there are many tools at your disposal, we are always open to new ideas! You will preferably conduct the interviews with candidates yourself, both at our office in Vorden and at the client's location. This allows you to switch quickly and, if necessary, give a tour of the factory. You actively think along with both client and applicant to find the perfect match. Many administrative tasks are taken over by our back office so that you can focus on what you are good at. They arrange contracts and time registration, among other things. You have the freedom to fill your own schedule, but you are never alone. Together with your colleagues, you strive to make every day a success!


Who are you?

What do we require?

  • Minimum MBO+ working and thinking level;
  • Interest or experience in the staffing industry;
  • You are a good self-starter but can also work well together;
  • You can cope with hectic situations, keep an overview and are able to change gear quickly;
  • You have good communication skills and find it a challenge to communicate at different levels;
  • You have a customer-oriented attitude in which you put the customer's interests first.

About the client

Euro Planit Personeelsdiensten is the nicest staffing agency, operating in Eastern Netherlands. Our head office is located in Vorden and we also have an office in Hengelo OV.

Our team at the Vorden branch consists of 10 colleagues who mainly focus on industry, logistics, engineering and administration . It is also good to know that Euro Planit, like any other company, aims for good margins and a nice turnover, and we do this without targets. There are budgets but as a team we are able to achieve them! And we consider being a good employer to be just as important as financial results.
