What are you going to do?
In this role, you are the lynchpin between customer requests and project execution. With your analytical skills and technical insight, you will ensure that projects are financially and operationally feasible.
Moreover, you will not only work at the office in the Netherlands, but you will also occasionally have the opportunity to operate abroad.
As a Calculator, you are responsible for calculating cost prices and advising on sales prices. You ensure that processes run smoothly and efficiently, with an eye for quality and accuracy.
✔ Cost calculation & quotation management - You analyse customer requests, make cost price calculations and draw up detailed quotations.
✔ Work preparation - You translate quotations into concrete project assignments and ensure a smooth transfer to engineering and purchasing.
✔ Quality control - You check delivery documents, monitor price agreements and help think about process optimisations.
✔ Cooperation - You work closely with various departments, customers and suppliers to ensure that projects are successful.
✔ International focus - Occasionally you will travel abroad to support projects and maintain contacts.
Who are you?
You are an analytically strong professional with an eye for detail and a passion for technology. You know how to effortlessly translate figures and data into concrete advice. In addition, you bring the following:
✅ MBO+ working and thinking level, preferably with knowledge of metalworking and engineering.
✅ Experience with business processes, production methods and quality management systems.
✅ Affinity with international customers and suppliers and willingness to develop further in this area.
✅ Good command of the Dutch language (English and German are a plus).
✅ Flexibility to travel occasionally for work-related appointments.
