For an international, innovative organisation in air suspension technology, we are looking for an Account Manager (medior) who is strong in relationship management, acquisition and negotiation. In this role, you will work from Arnhem (hybrid or remote) and regularly travel throughout Europe to serve customers personally. You will report to the Production Manager in Poland.

What are you going to do?
This is what you will do:
- Manage and grow your own international customer portfolio (key accounts)
- Acquire new customers (cold acquisition) and actively seek new market opportunities
- Maintain intensive customer relations with purchasing and engineering departments
- Negotiating prices, conditions and long-term contracts
- Coordinating customer projects and supervising product introductions
- Analysing market trends and competitive information
- Collaborating with internal teams (sales support, engineering, production)
- Travelling within Europe is a substantial part of your work (around 50%)
Who are you?
What you bring:
- HBO or WO education in engineering, commercial economics or business administration
- 2-5 years' experience in a B2B sales role with international scope
- Experience with OEM customers in the automotive or industrial sector is a big plus
- Strong commercial skills, independent in acquisition and relationship management
- You speak English and German well
- Enterprising attitude, results-oriented and strong communication skills
- You have no problem travelling and enjoy being on location with customers
What do we offer?

- Salary between €5000 and €6000 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week)
- Bonus scheme of up to 30% profit sharing when achieving commercial targets
