Transavia recruitment process:

The sky is the limit!

Step 1: Registration of the candidate

Required documents for submission:

A detailed CV with a summary of flight hours;
A pre-interview summary, including the candidate's background (job changes, education) and motivation (candidate's goals, what they consider important, and their understanding of Transavia).

Step 2: Initial assessment by Transavia

Positive assessment: Transavia invites candidate for further examination and provides details on the assessment centre and submission of required documents.
Negative assessment: Transavia informs Euro Planit, which communicates the decision to the candidate.

Step 3: Assessment and results

Candidates take part in the assessment, including a Compass test (online), simulator assessment, group assignment and interviews. The assessment day takes place at EPST's office (Utrecht).

Result communication (within a week):

Positive: Application "Declaration of No Objection" and health checks.

Negative: Feedback by e-mail, telephone explanation on request.

Validity: Result valid for two years.
